If you get Phage, build it into a Frozen Mallet before purchasing your Atma's.
Frozen Mallet+Atma's Impaler are exceptionally strong on Irelia and Jarvan. On Irelia because of her W and on Jarvan because of his natural high damage and passive(and it kinda fits well into his kit).
I remember watching hotshot's stream the other day when he was playing jungle Jarvan with Frozen Mallet and went for the enemy Nocturne who pushed the top turret with half hp.
Nocturne had no chance of running away and stopped moving at some point because it was impossible to escape.

Frozen Mallet is good on Jarvan and Irelia. Getting Atmas can help a lot, but check if its worthy getting it fast or it can be delayed

What are YOUR thoughts on the two items on Jungle Jarvan? Obviously after Wriggle`s Lantern and boots. I`ve been liking the two, and I`ve been adding a Philo stone as well as a HoG into the mix. I kind of want to add more info about it in my guide. Should I add Warmogs before Atmas? Should I just skip out on Philo stone and HoG?
