i think if it was one being ice and one being fire that would be cool sort of like the LoZ OoT boss
the ult is...eh...these two could be a good mage if you changed the ult to be some sort of CC super attack and change the E to be like every other attack is ice that slows or fire that reduces healing and damages over time
you can change the W to be a fire and ice beam that explodes in AoE with the same damage and everything just to fit a Fire and Ice theme
the Q i like if its one after the other but take the CC on it cuz DoT+Slow+huge damage is sorta strong for one attack and make it just be a huge damage spell sort of like Viegars expect double and weaker per shot
as for appearance you can make one happy and red and the other sad and blue

Tondra and Tundri I'm thinking of yordles who follow each other around and dress in the same clothes with masks, Tondra's is a sad one and Tundri's is a happy one.
Linked Power (Passive)
Tondra and Tundri are always holding hands to give their powers the maximum effect. Tundri does 2 blasts that are each 10+ (5 each level, +50% of ability power) magic damage, totaling 20+ (10 each level) magic damage. Tondra does 2 blasts as well, but only 5+ (7 each level, +50% of ability power) magic damage, totaling 10+ (20 per level) magic damage.
Double Blast (Q)
On first cast, Tundri conjures a shard of ice, blasting it at the target enemy, dealing 80/100/120/150/180 (+25% of ability power) magic damage and slowing the enemy's movement speed by 10/15/20/25/30% for 5 seconds. On second cast, Tondra conjures a fireball, blasting it at the target enemy, dealing 65/85/105/125/145 magic damage on impact and 10/20/30/40/50 magic damage every second for 5 seconds (both +25% of ability power).
Cost (for each blast): 45/65/85/95/105
Cooldown (after both shots): 20/18/16/14/12
Range: 1200
Duo damage (W)
Tundri and Tondra throw electricity at target enemy, dealing 75/95/115/135/160 magic damage and bouncing off target enemy, dealing 40/60/80/100/120 magic damage to enemies within 850 range of electrified enemy (+40% of ability power to both).

Cooldown: 14/13/12/11/10
Range: 1000
Throw (E)
Tondra throws Tundri while Tundri becomes a living ball of magic, at target area, dealing 90/120/140/160/200 (+10% of ability power) to all in the area. Tondra and Tundri however, get -30% ability power, armor, and magic resist until they reunite, which can be inturrupted by snaring, stunning, or slowed by slowing one of the two as they try to walk to each other.

Cooldown: 28/26/24/22/20

Climax (R)
Tondra and Tundri whisper what they've learned to each other, giving them +25/45/65% ability power for 10 seconds before they forget.
