Twisted treeline, how to play it?

Maybe jarvan 4 would do well too, not sure though. Down we played a carry+support (e.g. ashe & alistar). Ashe hawk helps alot on this small map. Which summoner spells should we avoid. I think teleport really ain't that usefull on such a small map. I took cv sometimes with alistar, but not sure it is good on TT. I had trouble finding anything good/recent on youtube and there was only one guide on mobafire about 3v3.[/quote]
