A new AD ranged type champion. Just something different from my standard flow of AP based champs I usually make.

Summary:
Health-Average
Attacks-Strong
Spells-Weak
Difficulty-Hard

Overall I wanted an AD carry that actually has benefits when being attacked. A high Value target that gets stronger when the enemy team attempts to focus him in a fight, but also an increidbly strong duelist. Some variable utility, but over all a ranged fighter with assassinesque qualities. Enjoy.

Vengence (Passive): When attacked by an enemy champion Vincent marks that champion for 10 seconds. If Vincent attacks that marked champion he activates the mark and generates an additonal affect. (Mark cannot be applied to the same target within 6 seconds of the inital mark being activated)

Cripple (Q): Vincent's next attack slows his target for 2 seconds. If the target is "Marked for Vengence" Vincent's attack applies a bleed which does some damage over time and increases the slow duration by 1 second.

Double Tap (W): Active 1-Vincent fires a shot in a straight line damaging all targets hit. Activation 2 Vincent fires another shot, which stuns any champion hit for .5 seconds. If the target is "Marked for Vengence" The stun duration is increased to 1.5 seconds.

Hextech Shredder Rounds (E): (Passive)-Vincent's auto attacks now shred armor on hit stacking X-times. (Active)-Vincent's next attack apllies a full stacks of Hextech Shredder Rounds to target champion. If target champion is "Marked for Vengence" Vincent's next activation of Hextech Shredder Rounds deals bonus 10/15/20/25/30 True Damage.

Marked For Death (Ultimate): Vincent gains bonus defensive stats and Attack Speed for a duration. Any and all attacks against Vincent apply "Marks of Death" rather than vengence, as well any "Marks of Vengence" currently applied to enemy champions become "Marks of Death". These marks of death enhance the mark of Vengence affects.

(Version 2 of "Marked for Death") Vincent gains bonus attack damage and attack speed for a durations. Any and all attacks against Vincent apply "Marks of Death" rather than vengence, as well any "Marks of Vengence" currently applied to enemy champions become "Marks of Death". These "Marks of Death" enhance the "Mark of Vengence" affects.

I really like the idea of being punished for attacking a AD ranged character, but in original post you said AP champion, it it a typo or is he hybrid? Instead of having his E be a skill that amplify his next attack, maybe it should be a 5-7 second buff. I mean 30 true damage on one hit is nothing late game. Maybe increase scaling to 10/20/30/40/50 true damage so he transitions better into late game. And what do you mean by added effects to mark of vengeance. Make make his ult into a Caitlyn/Karthus sort of ult. Ex. Any champion within 4000/4500/5500 range who has mark of vengeance on them are targeted (indicated by a red line) after 1 second a projectile will travel to the target, going at the speed of cait's ult dealing 300/450/600 + 1.2 AD. A person marked with vegeance can take the shot for another champion who is marked with vengeance where the projectile will deal twice the damage. Bit OP but keep in mind the need to have the mark of vengeance on them. Cooldown would be 110/100/90 seconds.
