what do you think on HG on Irelia?

[/quote] I thought it'd worth a try, but what you said is true. imo getting Hextech can be really hard for Irelia. I think that getting Trinity is difficult already and have to build tank too, and if I decide to get another expensive item, I'll just farm the whole match.[/quote]

I was considering it a 5th or 6th item when I already have Mercs, triforce, and two more tanky items (most often FoN or SV and GA). I would never say that the active is useless on her. I don't know how many times I've had Q on CD and would like that slow on someone but can't get close enough to use E. I think it could be viable, in combination with SV and her innate healings, she could be about as bad as mundo with his ulti up when going R through the enemy team. Is it the best item for Irelia? Most probably not. The few times I get to 6 items it's Mercs, TF, FoN, GA and atmogs. Try to take down that Irelia quick... But I am always considering new ways to build her, and I think that lifesteal/spellvamp is an additional way of having sustain and being tanky. It also synergize well with her W since true damage will always be done fully, and not reduced by armor.[/quote]
