League of Legends (LoL) Question: AP runes

When you get more rune pages, you'll diversify this generic rune page to match against your opposing laner.
For instance, I have like, 5 AP rune pages:
Vs AD:
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration, Greater Seal of Armor, Greater Glyph of Ability Power, Greater Quintessence of Ability Power
Vs AP:
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration, Greater Seal of Scaling Health, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist, Greater Quintessence of Ability Power
Vs AP + Need Mobility:
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration, Greater Seal of Scaling Health, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist, Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed
Vs AP + You're ranged and your opponent's melee:
greater mark of hybrid penetration, Greater Seal of Scaling Health, Greater Glyph of Magic Resist, Greater Quintessence of Ability Power


I have a couple more rune pages, but you get the idea. The first two rune pages i listed were the most important, but as you can see, you can really go specialize against certain matchups as well.

On Twisted Fate I actually run a very strange rune page being Greater Quintessence of Movement Speed Greater Mark of Magic Penetration Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power and Greater Seal of Scaling Health

As TF and Azir the simplest runepage would be Greater Mark of Magic Penetrationx9, Greater Seal of Armorx9, Greater Glyph of Magic Resistx9 and Greater Quintessence of Ability Powerx3. Although this wouldn't the the most optimal rune page for a lot of situations it's still the most versatile runepage in the way that it gives you whatever you may need most of the time, this would be my first ap rune page if I only had 2 pages available.

I use Magicpen reds, Armor yellows, Ap Scaling blues, and flat ap quints

AP Quints, Mpen reds, Armor yellows and mr blues is the most generic set-up, but it's fine for new players.
