How to play kayn
Just power farm on him and play safe.

Ganking tips
If you think a gank won't work, don't do it, listen to your intuition. Prioritze farm over ganks. Ganks aren't guarenteed and you are maybe thinking I have to help my laners. No you don't, what you need is to absorb all of the gold on the map because you scale really hard.
When ganking try taking the long way around. For example try to gank botlane from the dragon pit. When ganking hold onto your abilities, walk them down and if they are running away from you use Q to catch up to keep autoing them. Use W whenever.

Why full lethality on red
The reason why you should build full lethality on red form is because of his aggressive AD scaling.
His passive healing scales off of HP but the scaling is so bad it would take a lot of HP to notice a difference. His ult healing scales off of AD so you will heal more if you go lethality.
I don't recommend building brusier items on kayn because you don't deal enough damage and the survivability from the HP stats it not worth it.

How to play lethality red
How to teamfight on red form. Only go in if you can land your W otherwise back up and try again.
Use his ult early to dodge cc or important abilites. If you try to save it for when your low you will be bursted so don't try to save it.
