    Will Heals(like sorakas Wish proc spellvamp(e.g. Hextech Revolver)?

    Nope, it isn't spell damage.

    Anything that deals damage procs spell vamp, so the first damaging hit, and the second one does.

    so the damage part of namis heal will proc spellvamp, the heal not and the second damage will proc spellvamp again? or will everything of it proc spellvamp?

    He's asking if heals proc it though, the heal part doesn't and the damage part does, as I had already explained, making your statement irrelevant. :p

    dat's what i said.

    he asked if heals will proc it, yorick's e is both damage and heal, therefore it will proc it.

    Only the damage is proccing it. The base heal has nothing to do with that.

    However some abilities do damage and heal (eg Yorick's E) in which case they will proc spellvamp.
