How to get guide featured?

How to get my guide to the "Featured Guides" section on the main page? Is it random? I see guide with like 100k+ views features so that's the reason I'm asking.

Featured guides are handpicked based on the champion free week. The guides also need to be of good quality to be featured. That means the guide needs to be up-to-date, have good presentation, have detailed and accurate information, etc. The better the guide, the more likely it is to be featured.
