    There are no planned skins in 2020 for Wukong afaik.

    Riot may change and make one, but as we can tell, that will not happen right now.

    Someday yes, but we don't know when. His last skin dates from 2018 if I remember correctly, so he might get a new skin relatively soon. Or maybe not because he isn't super popular. My guess is that he gets a new skin in 2021.
