Hi everyone , if I want to buy and armor penetration item for Ashe in a build against tanks , which one would be better , Lord Dominik`s Regards or Mortal Reminder ?

Since preseason is coming soon, items are going to change. But for now, you build either 
Blade of the Ruined King or Lord Dominik's Regards if you want to deal with tanks. Mortal Reminder is only an item you purchase if the enemy team has heavy healing champions like a Soraka / Dr. Mundo etc. since the item is made to cut healing specifically.

Lord Dominik's Regards is better for armor penetration than Mortal Reminder.

Hello! For the new season, I might honestly reccomend Kraken Slayer over Lord Dominik's Regards against tanks. However, Lord Dominik's Regards is very good still. This is coming from the Preseason perspective of the question. Sorry if I'm a little late.
