Samira passive dash
How does Samira's passive dash work? Does it dash her into range of her ranged auto or does she have to be in range for her ranged auto and then it teleports her into range of her melee auto?

If an enemy is CC'd or otherwise immobilized and if 
Samira is nearby she'll dash into her attack range to deal said damage and keep them knocked up for a bit.
