League of Legends (LoL) Question: URF

Soraka Rapes. So many games on OCE last night she was banned. Had a Sona + Soraka bot lane and we raped. they couldn't get us below 90% with their harass.

Though I have to say I found the mode really screws over melee bruisers and a lot of tanks.

Basically if your a ranged champion or a champion with a ton of CC (Even if melee) you'll do fine. Anything else and you will be burst down to nothing in 2 seconds.

Pretty much melee champions got the worst end of the stick again.

Kassadin and Ryze are both playable in bots.

My friend learned that, as Riftwalk's mana cost increases, even if you don't lose mana, the number of riftwalks you can perform is based on your max mana - the cost cannot exceed your max mana. So you need to build Archangel's Staff/ Rod of Ages to increase your jump cap.

Other than that, support Nidalee becomes viable...you can just drop traps every 4s everywhere around the lane XD But she loses her viability against any supports with CC (other than Soraka).

Teemo, a 1.5 second blind on a 1.6 second cd. (longer blind as you max it) what more could i ask for. Teemo is also an AA based champion so Nashor's Tooth is enough to make him absurd.
And you are stupidly fast and if you run Teleport Revive then you will be a pain in the *** to everyone

I hate this unbalanced mode xD
AD Sion can be even nice, but I personally would pick any nnuker like LeBlanc.

Jungle Zyra and Mid Fizz mainly because:

Zyra's clears are pretty awesome and she can easily outfarm everyone. Her ganks are quite strong, too.

Fizz's 1.5 sec cd jump invincibility and the increased movement speed. I can get 6 pure AP items.
