    Need some special help here please

    Hi there lovely mobafire community, yeah its me again with my special amd stupid questions. So my problem is that lately I have been playing really badly and not focused and im getting angry almost every game even if my lane opponent just harasses me and do like no real dmg. I have already thought of quiting lol for just a about a few days but im nit sure if it will work. Note that I play everyday about 4-6 hours and I also play on my smurf with my friend on a really bad server that everything is low but flame and troll cap

    Maybe he wants us to answer the question whether he should quit League for a while or not.
    I can just say: Take breaks after games especially after losing streaks, rethink what you have done in the previous games and don't let past games influence new games, turn off all chat and mute people if needed. Flame in chat is unnecessary and doesn't work in any kind of way. Maybe you should simply reduce your daily time on League, play some chillout games, do some exercises or sports.

    one of my friends gave a this advice. he said when ever you're on a losing streak go play with Bots. and belive me it works :D you just Smack them left and right and it cheers you up and hopefully you're gonna do better on your next pvp

    What I would do (if you're still interested in LoL and want to get better) is that you take a few days off from playing. Go for a run, read a book, meditate, etcetera, etcetera. Do something that calms you down and get nice and relaxed. Then when you get back to LoL in a few days, don't concentrate on winning, concentrate on practicing. Remember that every ranked game is essentially just practice for competitive play, and that the rank you're assigned is just a measure of your performance. Also, having a good diet, exercising, and drinking tea will help you stay relaxed when you play from here on out.

    If there's some external problem stressing you out, I'd recommend leaving the rift for a week or so while you get your life together.
