What should I do as tryndamere when enemy outduels me?

What should I do as Tryndamere when I get outscaled and outdueled while splitpushing? Should I go to group with team? but i often find myself getting melted in teamfights in 2-3 of attacks from enemy adc. What should I do then?

I can often win lane against most enemy laners, but eventually they get tanky and their base damages are high enough to take me down to extremely low health, after ulting then just kill me again.

like Xin Zhao, Darius, Udyr, Yi and more

what should i do when i am in that scenario?

FARM ... FARM ... FARM
When team fight begins, hide somewhere and wait until they're low and go jump on them and get some kills, farm at the jungle for sometime, Get the dragon/Baron.

You will make a strong comeback after u do this

Whatever you do, don't die. Farm up, use spinning splash through the wave to get back to safety when you're farming ranged creeps. This is helps you get more fury to heal with your Q. This applies to most of the champs you listed as Trynd will be able to 1v1 them eventually when you get enough items. If you ever lose lane to Yi, its over, you'll never come back from that, so don't lose to him, especially since he can barely do any damage at all to you early game if you just trade with him at full fury.

dont listen to these people. i main tryndamere and i know how you feel. first you must understand why they outscale you. find out where you messed up in that fight. tryndamere never loses 1v1 duels if he wins lane.

in reality yes, all the top laners you listed outscale tryndamere. one thing you must do is just keep that person top against you. try to AUTO + E away to get some good poke damage. once they are low or you know you can all in just go for it. if u lost your lane hard just stay top and keep your laner top

so i try to outsustain them while laning against them using Q?

just farm up i know it sounds simple and obvious but farm up and buy the necessary items for tryndamere and you should do fine but try not to give him any more kills

In lane you should stay VERY passive, it is okay to leave out some CS, but make sure to NOT DIE. Farm under the tower or take 1-2 cs and then fall back with . can be used to sustain. is a late game champ, dont forget that.

Deny him kills, leave lane a lot but let the jungler help you manage your wave because you can farm as much as you'd like but eventually he'll try to dive you and probably kill you.
so basically roam a lot, build some armor and WARD BARON as later in the game he can solo it with ease.
