Does runic bulwark stack?

The people who have the Runic Bulwarks get double the effect.

The effect doesn't stack on champs who don't have it.

EG: Jungler + support have runic. Jungler and support get double the aura, ADC, APC, Top only get one

in your example, you have 3

so all 3 of those people get double the effect.

if 5 people bought it, all of them would get double the effect.

Just to clarify on what Embracing said a little.

All aura items have 2 kinds of effects.

1. An effect that applies the benefits of the aura only to you.
2. An effect that applies the benefits of the aura to other allies in range.

So, you will always have effect 1. If another person has the same aura item you will have effect 1 and 2, doubling the effect. If 2 other people have the same aura item you will have still only effect 1 and 2, and won't get any additional benefits because they are both giving you the #2 effect which does not stack with itself.
