League of Legends (LoL) Question: Getting comments/votes

It's hard to affect the amount of votes and comments you get. Comment to vote option forces comments but it usually decreases votes gained. Viewers will eventually upvote/comment guides as they see fit.

You can receive feedback from Mobafire members however by going to http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/forum/build-and-guide-discussion and using the "review services" which means someone goes over your guide and gives you feedback about it.

The main one, as Joxuu said, is asking in a review shop. Make sure to check that the review shop owner is active or that the last comment on the thread isn't 6 months old (to avoid necroing).

Other guides just get comments because people see stuff that makes them doubt your guide. This can be people asking about reasons for your items/runes/etc, pointing out something that seems wrong or just giving some positive feedback.

And the last bunch of comments are just random people that get fed by following your guide and want to thank the guide author. This is more or less random, as even a bad guide can make someone get fed. There are also those that obviously have multiple accounts and add 2 initial upvotes with comments like "I got to plat with this guide ty", but those never go too far.
