HOW TO PLAY WITH PASSIVE SUPPORTS AS DRAVEN

IM A D3 DRAVEN PLAYER AND IM STILL UNCOMFORTABLE PLAYING AROUND PASSIVE SUPPORTS. I CAN PLAY REALLY WELL WITH A THRESH, LEONA, AND ETC. BUT WHEN I GET A SORAKA OR SOMETHING SUPER PASSIVE I LOST AUTOMATICALLY. I KNOW THAT I HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO POKE AND ALL IN WITH A SUPPORT HEAL/SHIELD BUT IF THEY HAVE A GOOD BRAND THAT JUST STUNS ME THEN I RAGE AND LOSE. TIPS ON HOW TO PLAY LANING PHASE WITH PASSIVE SUPPORTS PLEASE

I get this problem too with Sona but looking at the tags, I'd say (at least with Soraka, Lulu and Sona) you should just play with care and use poking, the enchanter kind of supports start to just dominate in team fights so just try to make sure you aren't losing lane really badly until then. With the other three, you need a really good Janna or Nami q or Karma W to follow up on their CC.

Enchanter type supports just give you stat boosts and peel but as for playmaking you're basically on your own, they sit back all the time. So it's like playing 1v2 with an extra item, I don't think there's anything special to do.

From what I read it sounds like your problem is more with playing Draven against CC lanes than it is about laning with an enchanter. Draven hates CC, it's really easy to hit skillshots where his axes land and it makes him drop his axes. So I'd say use things like Legend: Tenacity, Mercury's Treads, early Quicksilver Sash and Cleanse so you have an answer to CC.
