I want to main a champion
I main jungle role, and i am in silver elo euw, i want to main a champ in jungle to hit plat this season i nearly play all champions but i want to focus on one that i can carry with every game
My fav champion is udyr i get my team ahead early game but when they regroup in team fight i feel useless i can't even reach the adc that's why i want to change him

If you really enjoy playing Udyr and you know how to play him, don't stop playing him because a good Udyr can be very impactful. Just know that there are several ways to playing a champion like Udyr, so you can indeed try splitpushing.
I wouldn't focus on just one champion though, there are games where the enemy team might pick your champion or ban him.
There's also team compositions: for example: if your team is full ad + a tank toplaner, you might want to pick an ap jungler like Nidalee / Elise / Fiddlesticks / Evelynn / ... My personal preference goes out to Fiddlesticks, but that's because I main him. ^^
In my opinion you're best of learning 2 or 3 champions so you are prepared for every situation.
So in your case you should absolutely stick with Udyr, perhaps pick up an ap jungler, and then just pick one more jungler you like. This way, when Udyr is picked by someone else or banned, you still have some options you really know how to play.
Hope this helps! :)
And thanks for your time ☺️
Another champ which comes to mind and can heavily impact teamfights + who can definitely carry is Kayn. Once you get your evolution on him, you can start popping off.
But again, don't feel like you are forced to focus on just one champ. But if you really want to main a champion for lower elo, these are good ones to start with.
Switching champions might give you more success in the short term, but ultimately it's a good idea to focus on one or a small number of champions in order to improve. If you already have a favorite champion, that's a good place to start.
Thank you ☺️
