Is saying 'RP giveaway' in the title allowed?

Recently I came across some guides with 'RP Giveaway' in the title. Basically, some people try to buy their upvotes and views by doing RP giveaways. I was wondering if this kind of advertising is allowed?

"Each member is expected to vote in good faith and without bias casting a single vote on any active build on the site. Working around site fail safes, bribing, falsifying, blackmailing or otherwise "fixing" voting on any build, comment, champion or other content is strictly forbidden. You get 1 vote and 1 vote only, use it wisely."

This can be considered to be a bribe, so I'd say no, it shouldn't be allowed.

K I'll get the pitchforks who's got the torches? But for real I've seen these RP giveaway guides and thought the exact same thing, just wasn't sure if it was technically allowed or not. It's really dumb to be honest, most of the guides advertising aren't good and selling your guide to naive players is just going to encourage more players to build stupid items and **** thinking they're right because some guide that shouldn't be credible yet appears to be said so.

It is damn shady indeed and that is why I do not think it should be allowed.

There are no direct rules on this particular topic. It is advertising and stuff, but it is also very shady. Certain guides get a lot of views, probably with some undeserved upvotes while it is not even certain if the giveaway will actually happen. So people think they get rewarded for commenting/voting on ones guide (which can be considered a form of bribe), while it isn't even certain if the giveaway will happen, making it even worse. If just a few upvotes are gained from this form of advertisement, I myself already consider it bribe.

It's a way to get views, as long as they actually do the giveaway I don't think you can say that it's wrong. It's just advertising.

I still think saying RP Giveaway is incentive to view the guide without actually having down anything to achieve those views. Every guide I've seen with it in the title has been bad. I'm not naming names.

It's not a bribe as long as the rp doesn't strictly go to upvoters.
