    What is the fastest way to level up? I'm currently level 17 and really want to get to level 20 to get tier 3 runes. Any ideas on how to level up really quickly?

    I would recommend you buy the 2x coupons and stack to get 4x exp. Play 5s with friends cause it guarantees a win 90% of time. you get around 500-600 exp per win :)

    Playing ADC against begginer bots (the second ones) and rushing for a win is the most optimal way as far as I know. The tutorial bots have an exp debuff after level 10 and although normals give more experience, bots games end up faster and they're always a win (unless you try really hard to lose).
