    What is that /note command? i guess its new, never saw it before, and if i write "/help /note" it says to type /note [message] to save into MyNotes.txt file or something like that. What the hell is that?

    If I'm not mistaken you can use it to make notes during the game. Just see it as a 'note to self' function.
