League of Legends (LoL) Question: Whats a good all in 100-0 riven combo

What is a good combo where you use all of your abilites (lets assume that you have them all up including flash) and you want to all in your laner at a moments notice. what would the best combos be...I've tried one and I'm still practicing it (ER,flash, Q3,aa,w,aa,hydra,Q1,R2,Q2,aa,Q3,aa) but the problem with this is you have to use 2 Q's before hand. any good combos?
