Nice tier list, very well formatted and I personally free it is decently accurate.
and are definitely good carries and such, deserving of that S ranking.
I also fully agree with your A, very accurate (though the could be debated by many people)

Vladimir is top but I saw some play him mid, I hate how things change in the game and makes it unexpected, yet I still like how it challenges our minds... I am not a mid laner but I can definitely relate to your A tier champions, I would play under turret until the end of the game x)

Honestly has always been played in the mid lane, I just feel like he's never really played (at least I never see him in any lane except for once every 25 games or something, though that could just be me playing in low elo xD )

, and really deserve more... (specially syndra. even if you check their winrates you see that it's pretty higher than some other champs around. for example, noc has about 53% winrate in mid despite his nerfs)
However I get it, it's personal thoughts so I can respect it.
