jacobop13's Tier List Patch 10.22

Does this tier list have a specific format that it follows or is it just a mash of champions that you like? How are you rating these champions? If its by power level then these picks are a bit goofy XD. Xayah and Quiyana are in terrible positions right now and are just outclassed by other champions. Same goes with Taliyah, Vi, Jinx, Kai'sa, Riven, Taliyah, Katarina, and Sejuani.

So I'm not sure exactly how each tier in this list is classified (it looks like female champions). I also don't know if this is meant for ranked, and if so for what elo.
Without that information, I can't really tell you what I'd change, so maybe what you should do is make more clear the point of the tier list.

Why is morgana is D tier, she is very powerful, and she is a A tier support. If you disagree can you please explain why.
