Hey Juliwasmainsupp,
I found your tier list just now and thought I could share my thoughts on it with you. :)
I agree with many of the champions that you've put into the different tiers. However, I think you could add Nami to the A tier (or higher but that's debatable). I also think you've placed Yuumi way too much down. She's clearly not a D tier support, even though her early might be quite weak and therefore hard to comeby. Many people still don't know how to play with a Yuumi on their team (especially in lower elo) but that doesn't mean she's in a bad state right now. Her heals are being massive in late game and therefore can turn games.
I never thought of Annie being S tier, especially of her pretty small range but I'm sure you've had some experiences with her, so it might just be me. :)
Anyway, besides of adding more champions, I think it's quite a nice tier list that reflects most of the recent meta. So good job.

First, thank you very much for watching the tier list I made, I really appreciate it, second, I did not do the tier list to make a tier list itself ... At that time I was playing with a friend about which champions were the most useful ( High elo), so if you read the tier list like this, it would help me much more, and sorry for making you waste your precious time.
Btw, i agree that i should add Nami in a tier A, but Yuumi... idk, she can get into a c, but not to much, she basically depends on her team, and about Annie, i think she must be on a tier S (or a A+) because of her stun with tibbers, for her q stun, and the e that gives her speed and defense
