S Tier (StrongesT)
Jhin is strongest in this tier, he offers great utility, amazing damage, and great poke. In the current meta there isn't much Jhin can't do making him extremely difficult to play against in the highest levels and also extremely easy to play as.Kaisa is a very close second to Jhin, reason being her damage is also amazing and she absolutely shreds tanks and squishy's alike. She has fantastic mobility and maneuvarability. In a moments notice she can blink to the back line and one shot a squishy, or she she stay in the front line and dominate any tanks thrown at her. She is also very versatile in the sense that she can itemize an AP on hit build if your team is full AD and still do absurd damage.Miss Fortune is a mix between Jhin and Kaisa. She has a bit of both of what these champions offer, she has great mobility with strut allowing her to run across the map and one shot squishies and amazing DPS with her lethality build which can shred tanks and squishies easily. Late game Misss Fortunes ultimate can do upwards of 5k damage if the enemy team stands inside of it.
A Tier (Not Strongest but still great)
Samira is fantastic when ahead and can snowball really well into certain matchups. She can be a great pick into Jhin which is why i chose to put her as A tier.Vayne is probably the strongest ADC in terms of overall damage in the current meta. Her only weakness is her punishable early game. The only reason I didn't put her S tier is she can lose out in lane and get snowballed on. However if she survives lane or gets an early lead its gg for the enemy team.Ashe is a fantastic utility ADC with her imperial mandate manamune build. She can be played into almost any lane as she is essentially a secondary high damage support that is extremely irritating to go against with her 2 second CD volley.Tristana is rising in popularity due to the buffs to kraken slayer. She is turning into a great snowbally hyper carry. When paired with a Lulu or Nami she has amazing carry potentialSwain is one of the strongest AP bots you can currently play. He is very close to S tier but not quite there. He has the highest win rate in solo q and counters almost any bot lane.
B Tier (not ideal)
All these champs are simply not that amazing. One tricks can make them work at high ranks but they are all very punishable or are outshined by the ladder choices in one way or another.
C Tier (Bad picks)
All these champs are just bad right now. They don't do anything better then any other champion and they are outshined in almost every way possible. I'd avoid all these picks if you can. Im sorry to all the aphelios mains out there!
