I can tell you mainly play as jungler, I rarely play as jungler, but I can see that your tiers make sense, I'm talking specifically about tier 1, all those champions are easy to play and have wonderful abilities and work perfectly in all modes. As for Yi, I think he should be placed in another tier, I mean he is weak compared to those you've placed in top, but you know, the "Yi syndrome" haven't been created for no reason ;)

Hmmmmm... what do you mean by "FALLS SHORT" in the 3rd tier? as far as I know, Jax and Dr. Mundo are both pretty strong late game and they both have decent winrates in both low and high elos. (however, mundo is better in lower elos. People don't really consider buying anti heal and helping adc in dealing the dmg much)

I'm guessing this is a jungle tier list of your personal picks? If so, you might want to check out Ekko and Evelynn. They might be of your liking and are not that hard to play plus they're quite strong right now too. :)
