Blitz is way to high, Ryze is not F tear, actually not even close.
Singed, Maokai and Malphite should be lower than B.
Pyke is S tier currently, he is even played on mid/top.
Vladimir and Jayce are literally god tier LOL!
Other is pretty much true and correct. Overall good tierlist.

I am trash with Vladimir and Jayce. They are hard champs to maximize their potential, Jacye being the harder of the 2 to play. Looking at what other people play in low elo and other tier lists Singed, Maokai are for sure B tier minimum. Some people are placing singed in A tier.

im surprise you put blitz wayyy higher than thresh. Usually they go hand in hand. When blitz is pick you choose thresh. if they are both banned then Naut naut it is.

I have mastry 6 blitzcrank but ya I do think that he is too much higher than thresh so I will move blitz to a+. As a support Nautilus in my opinion is the best hook champ at the moment he is more tanky than both of those champ and can use his hook as an escape

you puted Ryze at F Tier and I think that he needs to be higher on the tier list because he isn't bad... in high elos he is very strong he is just hard to play so people think he is bad... so i am just carious why you puted him so low
