Description

Hey everyone, welcome to the Mid Lane Tier List for Patch 12.9! This tier list will consist of all the current Meta Mid Laners ranked from OP tier (the best) to C tier (not viable). Please note that some lower ranked champions may perform better in Higher Elo. No tier list is perfect, and this is all opinion-based. If this Tier List happens to help you out, a vote would be appreciated so this can be shared to more people who wish to know the best and worst current mid laners. Let me know if you want me to add a note to each champion and feel free to give me some feedback on this list.

OP TIER

These are the current OP Champions. These  picks are by far the best champions to pick if you want to climb with due to their high potential to snowball and carry games, as well as just being very broken and over-tuned currently.

S TIER

Champions that are in the meta and perform very well who are essential parts to any team.

A TIER

These are champions that are in the meta that are powerful picks in the right hands and do perform pretty well, however they are overall weaker than the S tier champions.

B TIER

Champions that are not bad choices, however are not doing as well as many other champions down to win-rate, synergies and overall effectiveness to a team.

C TIER 

Champions that are very bad in the mid lane meta right now. Do not touch these champions if you're trying to climb.

Hmmm, yeah Nocturne got nerfed like 3 times because of his mid-lane winrates during last year. BUT, at least include him :D

I see Yasuo, Yone, Irelia and Vex being so high and at the very least, Nocturne can counter them very well.

would be happy to see him after Viego since they're my favorite Junglers :D (500k on Nocturne and 100k on Viego)

You should create a D tier and move Katarina to that tier, because she's absolute **** right now. She has absolutely no potential whatsoever to be an S tier, she is extremely weak.
