I hate Senna, to me she's a useless champion and she's rarely useful to me
Anyways your list makes sense... And I'm sure you can move Sona up to B+, A or even S-, just know who is the enemy support and your pick of Sona can really get you an S

however, I like to know what elo does this belong to and why do you think Tahm Kench, Pyke, Zyra, Sona and Janna belong where they are. (I don't say that they're low or high, just wanna know why do you think they belong there.)

For me Sona is a B tier. You don't always see her and if you do, you see her probably with Lux but if she manages to scale with Tear of the Goddess then her mid-late game is sick. Her early game sucks cause of not that good poke damage and her weak shields and heals but Sona's scale potential makes her one of the best supports in late game [Aside from Yuumi].
