"Thats Mordekaisers changes. Also the juggernaut update was as I said before, not announced two months ago in July when I created the guide.

Some of Darius' early lane power has been shifted more towards the mid and late game

"I made this guide almost two months ago. His upcoming changes also aren't a rework. It's a change to his passive which buffs his team fight capability. Nothing about his laning will change at all. And neither will his building for the most part. "

Yes it does, this is another reason why CDR on azir is his first priority stat along with mana regen.

Rek'sai is a great choice, and so is Vi. I would give Hecarim a shot as well, he gets fairly tanky late game and has great ganks.
