Posted a Comment: "Okay, after further testing I have to say that an early Madred's Bloodrazor is only better when you are getting fed. If you aren't, you get off to a slow start waiting for it to finish, and don't get the ganks you need to thrive late game."

I haven't gone over my Madred's build yet, but when I do pick up early Madred's, I do because I get early, easy ganks and get fed really quickly. Otherwise I get Wriggle's, because in a closer game waiting u"
