"I disagree with going AP on Volibear. Majestic Roar has too high a CD to be an effective damage dealer, which just leaves your ulti. I think focusing on health and AS is the way to go. Also, you don't really need Rylai's Scepter since with Frozen Mallet the only spell of yours that doesn't add slow "
