Glyphs: BAD! CDR? Ok, maybe, but flat AD? 2,52 bonus AD or 6,5 woth stacking runes? Just no. MR per lvl are much better option.
Quints: dunno, imho flat AD is better, or go for more ArPen

Only one thing I would like to see is more champions in Laning vs champion x chapter, because those three are deffinitely the only one you met there (Nasus, Gragas, GP and much more...).

"So I bought Brand few days ago (I can hear you know: "Jax player wants play AP? lol..." :-)) and he is great. My build, runes, masteries, spell order are pretty same. Only difference I make is to start with Doran's and then buy boots, but thats only personal preference.

"After few not good Jax guides finally something pretty good, BUT I have to disagree with some stuff.
1) Runes:
Imho flat MR runes are worst that stacking MR runes. Its better to get stacking MR runes to have extra MR at late game. Especialy if you do not build (except) boots any MR item.
