1) IMHO FLash > Ghost, that close gap stuff and free ticket from jail (=death) is always welcomed. In high ELO, or ranked games generally 10 (eventualy 6 at TT) Flashes are always there.
2) Cleanse is OK in ranked if you see enemy team composition."
