Basically if you're an AD Caster it's fine.
If you're an ADC with 2-3 non-DoT damage abilities and suffer from mana problem due to all those spamming; It's OK.
Just know that the difference...

The last champion, lissandra's release, there are also a lot of 1 day champ guide released.
