"Runes are wrong. 9 Scaling AP glyphs at lvl 18 is still just 27.5, I'd recommend MRes Glyphs or Flat AP if you want but not scaling ones.
Seals are better for armor than it is for MRes, your Mres seals only gives you an additional 6.66 mres.
