"AD nidalee is viable but not the way you play her.
1) Build is incorrect.
2) As an AD nidalee you should max E since it gonna be your AS Steroid.
Maxed Q is useless anyway since you don't build AP. Cougar form's Q has 1:1 AD conversion so even at lvl 1 it's fine."

"Generally yes, sometimes it depends on champion.
See above <<-->> It's usually when you hit 2,3 and 6 since you gain the advantage by having 1 more ability to throw out.
At lvl 4 and 5 the advantage is there since you gain more damage but it's not as prominent."
