Posted a Comment: "For the solo top or mid, I say you start with scrap shield so you can last hit and taking 90% reduced damage from the enemys harrass at lvl 1 and then you get fire at level 2. Thats when you start harrassing like crazy and keep them under half hp at all times and zoned out. Dont fire onto minions th"
