For the solo top or mid, I say you start with scrap shield so you can last hit and taking 90% reduced damage from the enemys harrass at lvl 1 and then you get fire at level 2. Thats when you start harrassing like crazy and keep them under half hp at all times and zoned out. Dont fire onto minions though because you will over extend. I used to start with flame spitter first,but after a playing a couple ranked games I learned that if you over extend too much you will die no matter what if they are like pro premade. Only use flame spitter on minions after you reach lvl 6 since thats when you can 2v1 easily.
