Item name: Boots of Lighting
Recipe:
Boots + Long Sword
Cost: 325g + 400 g + 800g = 1625g
Grants:
- 20 attack damage
- 35% movement speed
Unique active: Caster is surronded by lightnings and thrown forward (500 range) and gets increased 10% movement speed for 3 seconds. (200 seconds cooldown)
A item for those squishy AD Carries that has no escape except Flash + some early damage. My dream boots :D

Anyway, that type of boots costed 1400g, now you created a same type of boots which also grants 20 AD and 45% (which is freaking much) bonus movement speed with less actual cost than the test item :P. It might seem a liiiiiiiiiiiiiittle bit imbalanced :P
I'd definately nerf the movement speed hard, because 45% is just crazy.

and since they give a free flash, they should be mroe expensive imo :)
