"He's not a tank. He's a DPS soak. A tank has way more utility then what Mundo has. Mundo has one slow which isn't reliable. Compared to like Amumu who has a stun, Aoe stun and AoE damage, or Jarvan, AoE knock up, Team buff, Enemy Isolator, AoE slow. Etc etc.
