Things I like:
Summoner Spells, Masteries, how well written the guide is and most of the items.
What I don't like =O:
Skill Ordering (maxing wall, u trollin?), Abyssal Scepter (Void Staff IMO to reach 55% MP without mixing MP types)

It isn't Vet recs making people biased it's the whole comment-to-vote thing and people getting scared to DV."
