"Well, if they try to kill you with auto attacks and they don't have enough spike they might not be able to kill you fast enough.
But yea, if other team invades jungle, probably a big problem, if your team wards jungle it might make it less of a problem.

It's kind of slow but I was surprised because you can solo dragon at level 7 with more than half health at all times which makes it almost worth using her just for the ganks.
