I like it. I think it's over powered though. Get it as a first item then either go for a deathcap or some spell vamp. As soon as you have it you can abuse your spells to farm.
A lot of champions that use Athena's will benefit from having spellvamp more than usual because most of them couldn't spam like they can with the grail. It gives 15% cdr and 80 ap and maddening mana regeneration.
