"Viktor can be a extremely terrifying snowball. The Hex core upgrades mean that a gold advantage can lead to power spike and lead to a his chaos storm melting everyone and his q being ridiculous in duels."

"Ezreal's instant gap closer, and safety at dealing his damage are his really good features. His main problem, I think is his waveclear and that he doesn't have a skill other than his ult that can push quickly."
