"Starting arcanopulse seems a bit odd to me for a few reasons.
1. eye of destruction and shocking orb have identical or lower mana costs.
2. Hitting with the center of the W and the E also has identical or higher base damages, so better leashes/lvl 1 fighting

"The archane shift into essence flux buff is a surprisingly useful AS steroid. It gives it improves damage trades by a lot.
Maxing it second seems to be a bit of a better option than before."
