"Hi, I was thinking of this build before and then I see your guide :D
Is Tear of Goddess/Manamune essential for this build? If it is, should I get it after The Spirit of Elder Lizard or after Iceborn Gauntlet?
Also for the runes, is Armor Peneration Quintessence Viable as well?
