"Ok, I just think that difficulty's really hard to measure due to mastery cap.
Contrary to everyone saying this tier list is inaccurate, you can't actually say a lot about it."

"I think Akali is perfect within C Tier. C Tier has the nuance that if the player is experienced then it has potential. Her weak early game makes her not a good pick top lane especially considering that many champions could bully her.
